Emphasis is placed on treatment planning, device governance, complication prevention, and the development of safe, evidence-based energy protocols. 

This module provides a comprehensive framework for the recognition, and management of complications across all aesthetic treatment modalities. It integrates pathophysiology, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention strategies with crisis communication and medicolegal considerations. Emphasis is placed on proactive safety systems, team training, and the psychological and professional impact of adverse events.

It integrates financial strategy, operational systems, team leadership, and ethical marketing to support sustainable growth. Emphasis is placed on business intelligence, brand positioning, and long-term planning, including expansion and exit strategies.
